I’m a Creative Producer and Manager for live performance, with additional experience as a lighting designer and stagehand. I focus on dance, music, and festivals, and have worked with small and regional companies, academic institutions, and independently.

I see a team as a community, and my practice is grounded in respect for individual team members and practical facilitation. This focus on the process as much as the product allows me to easily and intentionally adapt, adjusting the specifics of my role to fit current circumstances rather than getting caught up in the inevitable setbacks and challenges that pop up during a production process. At the same time, I create workflows that stand as a base to be built upon, improving production processes in the moment and over time. What my work often looks like is clear, non-judgemental communication with individuals and the group as a whole around a production’s various (and too often competing!) needs and limitations, and collaboratively working to fill gaps in our collective knowledge, resources, and skills, allowing artists to focus on building their connection with the audience and each other.
